Requires 1 egg, milk, oil, and a can of corn for fritters.
Corn Fritters: Place mix in bowl and add 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk. Mix lightly and let stand 5 minutes. Drain, and add 8 oz. can whole kernel corn. Heat 2” vegetable oil in skillet and drop batter by Tbsp. into hot oil. Fry 3-5 minutes, turning once. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. For hushpuppies: Use same directins except the omit the corn. (You may add a small amount of chopped onions or jalepenos to the batter, if desired)

Mini Corn Dogs
Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces and dip into corn fritter batter and prepare as directed. Use a variety of mustards for dipping.
